• The Application: A little bit difficult to attach a document to the application. <br />Significant amount of people don't have a budget. It should be mandatory. Need <br />to fill the application in one go. Bullet point that they need to attach a budget to <br />the application. An excel sheet would be helpful to attach. Need to have a <br />complete application. Provide resources on how to create a budget. 501 c3 has <br />people that know how to make a budget. They get paid the 2nd half once the <br />event is completed. Do we want to set it up where a certain number of the grants <br />go to individual artists? Sarah states she doesn't mind having 501c3 have grants. <br />Bingo's birthday did a few performances. <br />• Is the funding dependent on other grants? Diversity equity and inclusion? EDI for <br />the community that it's going to be reaching. <br />• Community reach? Do we need to include numbers? Need to have a better way <br />to score this particular topic. Sub -committee to reword the community reach <br />section. <br />• Overall Rating?
