Staff recom- <br />mends approval of the rear setback variance. <br /> <br />Chairman Sears closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />BOARD COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Sears stated to the south about six to eight lots away there are <br />decks that are built closer than the IS yard setback and they <br />have been done very nicely. I don't have any problem with this <br />if it is done in good taste. <br /> <br />Smith moved to approve the variance to reduce the rear yard <br />setback from 15 feet down to 6 feet, seconded by Ross. By Roll <br />Call Vote Motion passed 4-0. <br /> <br />5. ITEMS FOR A JULY MEETING (WEEK OF JULY 16) <br />A. STEVE STRUBEL - FENCE HEIGHT VARIANCE <br /> <br />6.
