Street - Wilcox reported that he and McMenamin reviewed <br />the requ ither felt the buildings were eligible for landmarking. Muth <br />noted that t rent building at 924 Main Street is not the same one that is in <br />the 1948 pictu om the Boulder County Assessor's records. 932 Main Street, <br />hile it is likely the original house, has been significantly altered over the years <br />little architectural integrity. <br /> <br /> <br />uth also noted that the Planning Department is requesting referral comments <br />m the Commission on the development project at 924 - 940 Main Street. <br />Commission members asked staff to forward the following comments on the <br />project: <br />o The massing of the building is quite large and may dwarf other buildings <br />in downtown. <br />o The Commission strongly encourages the owner to landmark 920 Main <br />Street.
