<br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />November 13,2006 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Heather Lewis called the meeting to order <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje, Heather Lewis, Greg McMenamin, Melan Julian Muckle <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Callan Childs, Laurel Tofte, Rod Wilcox <br /> <br /> <br />City Representatives: <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Fa <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - Koertje moved to approve the agenda, Muckle seconded the <br />motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - Muckle s changes to the minutes regarding her <br />comments about the grain elevator. cMenamin moved to approve the minutes as <br />amended, Muckle secon he motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br />Public Comments on It <br /> <br /> <br />ot on the Agenda - None <br /> <br />Proposed Mai t Mixed Use Project <br />Erik Hartronft an lient, Arlin Lehman, presented a proposal for a new mixed use <br />project for the nort st end of the 900 block of Main Street. The proposal would <br />. the demolition of the existing buildings at 924, 932, and 940 Main Street, but will <br />,H~B;W Main Street, formerly Joe's Italian Market, currently the Louisville Florist. <br />req'uested that the Commission complete a demolition review for the three <br />buildi that would be removed. He noted that he and his investment partners do not <br />want to continue with the PUD process until they know the outcome of the demolition <br />review. <br /> <br /> <br />Members asked if Lehman would be interested in land marking 920 Main Street.
