It will need to be determined what criteria will be used to receive the preservation <br />bonus. <br />o The Commission will need to quantify exactly how much of the structure <br />needs to be saved to qualify for the preservation bonus. <br />o The Commission will need to determine if there are any other factors staff <br />will have to consider when granting the bonus. <br />. Staff will have to identify how the side yard setbacks should be changed. <br />. The review process will have to be determined. Will items go to the Pr <br />Commission for review or can it be done administratively? <br />.
