DAA JDESIGN
ARCH ITECTURE+INTER IORS
Condition Evaluation:
Overall, the parking area along the alley appears to be in fair condition with some cracks in the concrete,
particularly where it meets the alley. The alley is in poor condition and there are several sunken areas that
collect pooling water, likely contributing to the cracked concrete. There is adequate space to park several
vehicles with a turnaround clearance in the alley. The drainage in this area appears to slope minimally away
from the property and towards the alley.
Recommendations:
Any repairs to the cracked concrete parking area should only be undertaken once the alley is repaved as the
poor drainage in the alley will only cause damage to any repair work.
Concrete parking area at the west side of theproperty. The adjacent alley has poor drainage which has likely
caused cracking in the concrete.
921 MAIN PAGE - 17
