There were no comments <br />COUNCIL COMMENT <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown voiced his support for the Xcelligent Agreement. <br />MOTION: Council member Sackett moved for authorization to enter into an <br />agreement with Xceligent for Web Site Mapping Service, seconded by Council <br />member Muckle. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br />AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CC INTELLECT <br />FOR WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT ENHANCEMENTS & MARKET SERVICES <br />Deputy City Manager Boyd explained CCintellect LLC is the company the City <br />contracted with to provide web design services for the economic development <br />web site. CCintellect has provided a proposal for a variety of services related to <br />the launch of the web site. The BRaD reviewed the proposal at its June 5 <br />meeting and recommend not contracting for these services at this time. <br />APPOINTMENT OF CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TO CONSORTIUM <br />OF CITIES ENERGY TASK FORCE <br />The Boulder County Consortium of Cites Energy Strategy Task Force provides a <br />countywide clearinghouse for information and education on energy issues and a <br />framework for local and regional action on energy sustainability. The task force <br />shall be comprised of one elected official representative from each of the <br />municipalities from Boulder County, the City and County of Broomfield, and the <br />Board of County Commissioners, four geographically diverse representatives of <br />the business community, four representatives of energy and environmentally <br />related non-profit organizations active in Boulder/Broomfield counties and two <br />residents at large. Staff requested the Mayor and City Council appoint a <br />representative from among the Louisville City Council for representation on the <br />Energy Strategy Task Force. <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to appoint Council member Clabots to the <br />Consortium of Cities Energy Task Force, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Brown. <br />All in favor. <br />ORDINANCE No. 1494, SERIES 2006 - AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AT <br />MAMMOTH RESERVOIR, GILPIN COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO - 1st <br />reading - set public hearing 6/20/06 <br />
