Resolution No. 41, Series 2006 - A Resolution Amending a <br /> Final Planned Unit Development Plan (PUD) for the <br /> Construction of an Age-Restricted Senior Independent Living <br /> Facility- The Residence at Balfour, 1310 & 1336 Hecla Drive <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Ty Gee, 253 Hoover Court, Louisville, CO addressed the Louisville Public Library <br /> plaque located on the outside of the building, which lists the Mayor, current <br /> Council members and three past Council members. He stated former Mayor <br /> Davidson's name was not listed on the plaque. He noted Mayor Davidson was <br /> instrumental in reserving funds for building the Police Station, Community Park <br /> and the Louisville Public Library. He asked credit be given where credit is due. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Brown arrived at the~ meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Eileen Patrick, 401 West Street, Louisville, CO addressed the City's current <br /> financial difficulties. She noted Louisville has been named as the "5th Best Place <br /> to Live" and the "Best Place to Raise a Family." She voiced her support of Ballot <br /> Issue 2A, which asks the voter to approve a use tax. She thanked Council for <br /> placing the question on the ballot. <br /> Mayor Sisk addressed the 2007 budget process and stated the sales tax short <br /> fall in 2006 is a contributing factor. He noted a short fall is also anticipated in <br /> 2007. He congratulated Daily Camera Reporter Eric Schmidt on his future <br /> marriage. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> None. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> PRESENTATION - CITY WATER ATTORNEY ACTIVITY REPORT <br />
