Council member Clabots <br /> left the meeting room at 7: 1 0 p.m. <br /> Water Attorney Alan Hill presented a summary of pending water matters the City <br /> is involved in. In the litigation involving the City of Boulder, Farmers Reservoir <br /> and Irrigation Company (FRICO) and the Colorado Department of Transportation <br /> (CDOT), this case is pending in Boulder County District Court and involves <br /> issues about use by Boulder of land adjacent to the Community Ditch between <br /> Eldorado Springs and Marshall Lake. <br /> Council member Clabots returned to the meeting at 7:15 p.m. <br /> Water Attorney Hill reviewed pending or anticipated Water Court Applications: <br /> . Case No. 06 CW 023, Water Division NO.1. Louisville seeks to make <br /> absolute a portion of previously decreed conditional exchanges from the <br /> wastewater treatment plant to the golf course, and to continue the <br /> conditional status of the remaining portion of the exchanges. <br /> . Water Court application to incorporate water associated with additional <br /> Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company (FRICO) Marshall shares and <br /> South Boulder and Coal Creek (SBCC) shares into Louisville's System. <br /> . Statements of opposition to VVater Court Applications: The City is <br /> presently a party in ten pending water court cases. <br /> . Windy Gap Firming Project: The City will continue to obtain water from <br /> the Colorado-Big Thompson (C-BT) project and the Windy Gap "firming <br /> project" continues to progress. <br /> Mayor Sisk thanked Mr. Hill and his firm for their work for the City. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Brown congratulated Mr. Hill and his partner on their new offices. <br /> DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - DRAFT HOYLE PROPERTY AMENDMENT TO <br /> SOUTHEAST BOULDER COUNTY, SOUTH 96TH STREET, DILLON ROAD <br /> AND US 287 AREA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> City Attorney Light explained the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1456, Series <br /> 2004 has been continued by City Council on numerous occasions since its initial <br />
