Award Bid to Custom Services of Colorado for 2006 Trail <br /> Resurfacing <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Bill Kilkenny, 401 West St., Louisville, CO representing Yes on 2A mentioned <br /> their website and encouraged citizens to ask questions if they did not understand <br /> the ballot issue. <br /> David Waldman, 1871 Continental View Drive, Louisville, CO vice-chair of the <br /> Open Space Advisory Board stated the board has been taking field trips to open <br /> space areas or possible open SpaCE! areas. He was asking for clarification on <br /> open government conflicts that might be occurring. He also commented on <br /> Louisville Citizen's Aquatics Foundation inability to use the water bills for <br /> promoting the foundation. He questioned why the Library Foundation could use <br /> the water bills. He felt the decision of who could use the water bill should be <br /> more fairly administered. <br /> Sandy Lynn, 1458 Ford Place, Louisville, CO presented a slide show and asked <br /> the vehicle side yard ordinance be reinstated. <br /> Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce St., Louisville, CO spoke in favor of an ordinance to <br /> enforce removal of junk vehicles and prohibit boats and campers from being <br /> parked on lawn areas. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sisk assured Jean Morgan and Sandy Lynn the item they spoke about is <br /> on the Council's upcoming items to review. <br />
