Mayor Pro Tem Brown voted no. <br /> Mayor Sisk requested an 8-minute recess at 10:10 p.m. The meeting was <br /> reconvened at 10:25 p.m. <br /> NORTH END PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1505, SERIES 2006 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE NORTH LOUISVILLE AND SCHEMP GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN _1st reading - set Public Hearing 12/19/06 <br /> RESOLUTION No. 57, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br /> SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO <br /> AMEND THE NORTH LOUISVILLE AND SCHEMP GENERAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLANS, NORTH END PROPERTIES, LLC (74 ACRES <br /> NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 42) <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1505, Series 2006 and Resolution No. <br /> 57, Series 2006 and noted the publiG may make comments on both. He <br /> requested the following documents be made a part of the public record: The <br /> General Oevelopment Plan Amendment; the Final PUO and Plat Application filed <br /> by the applicant; all the documents the applicant has filed with the City in <br /> connection with the application; all materials in the City Council packet; all written <br /> referrals and comments received re~Jarding the application; including any written <br /> comments; the minutes of the Planning Commission of the hearings on the <br /> application; Titles 16 and 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code, and the 2005 <br /> citywide comprehensive plan. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved the documents outlined by the City Attorney be <br /> included in the record, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Brown. All in favor. <br /> Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested a Staff presentation. <br /> Planning Oirector Wood explained the applicants, North End Properties, LLC, <br /> represented by Michael Markel and Chad Kipfer of Markel Homes, Brian Rick of <br /> Brian Rick and Associates, and Jim Blankenship of JLB Engineering Consultants <br /> are requesting authorization for an Amendment to a General Oevelopment Plan, <br /> a Final Subdivision Plat and a Final PUO Oevelopment Plan for the North End <br /> Oevelopment. The 73-acre parcel has frontage on both South Boulder Road and <br /> Paschal Orive.
