Rtfl <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Project Name: Town of Louisville — PULSE project — Phase 1 <br />RVi# P25000151 <br />Client Name: Town of Louisville <br />Client Address: 749 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Based on conversations with the City of Louisville Staff, the project will be phased as outlined below. Two bid packages will be <br />provided out into the following areas based on the recommendations outlined in the Downtown Vision Plan: <br />1A Bid Package: <br />• Relocated parking from existing parking lot at Steinbaugh Plaza site to South Street <br />• Diagonal to parallel re -striping on South Street to compensate for parking loss. <br />• Wayfinding — key monument signage in areas where phase 1 B distrurbance is minimal. <br />1B Bid Package <br />• Steinbaugh Plaza <br />• Front Street <br />• Main Street <br />ARTICLE 1. BASIC SERVICES <br />The Consultant shall provide, for the Basic Fee plus reimbursable expenses, services described in the following phases. <br />The scope is broken out in the following categories: <br />• General Services and Project Management <br />• Concept Design (phase 1 extents) <br />• Design Services <br />• Engineering Services During Construction <br />1.1 (TASK 01) DATA COLLECTION. GENERAL SERVICES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />PLAN) <br />This initial phase of work is critical in developing a clear plan for executing the project, begin investigations into existing conditions <br />and establishing initial contact and communication among property/business owners, key stakeholders, City Departments and other <br />agencies. RVi's project management tasks will also carry through the entire project. <br />DATA COLLECTION <br />Data Collection work will begin immediately following contract execution. Final Documentation of work will be complete prior to <br />initiating the Design Services phase of work. Documents will consist of Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Report, SUE Plans, <br />Floodplain Assessment. Private Dry Utility coordination and further coordination with BNSF Railroad will continue to occur at this <br />phase, with memos and updates provided throughout project. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />1.
