City Staff/Steering Committee Design Charrette <br />(a) Review Analysis and Alternative Concepts for input/feedback <br />(b) Preliminary Concept Adjustments based on feedback <br />2. Business/Property Owner Workshop #2 - concept review <br />(a) Review preliminary Concept Plan Materials to obtain feedback <br />3. Agency and City Departmental Coordination <br />(a) Coordinate with agencies and City Departments to determine 'red -flags' for design and maintenance <br />impacts, prior to final concept plan development. <br />FINAL CONCEPT PLAN <br />Final Concept Plans will outline illustrative plans and materials to describe and allow stakeholders to envision the preferred plans: <br />1. Concept Plans based on preferred alternative <br />2. Supporting Illustrations (3d models/illustrations) and Cross Sections <br />3. Proposed Lighting Diagrams <br />4. Patio Seating, Events, Site Features Kit of Parts - Image Based <br />5. Parking Summary Plans <br />6. Multi -modal integration <br />7. Wayfinding/signage plan <br />8. Lighting and Event diagrams <br />9. Phasing Plan <br />10. Contractor Pricing (KCI) <br />11. Business/Property Owner Workshop #3 - (1 meeting per 2-3 east/west blocks) <br />12. Review Final Concept Plan Materials for input and feedback <br />13. Individual Business and Property Owner meetings as required <br />14. Board Meetings to review concept design <br />15.
