Exterior liahtina that meets the requirements of Section C405 of this <br />code. <br />This disallows gas -powered lighting. Gas lighting <br />is rarely used anymore, but this adds assurance <br />that it can't be. <br />[Minor strengthening] <br />16.Section R404.1.5 Fuel gas lighting is amended to read as follows: <br />Section R404.1.5. Fuel gas lighting. Fuel gas lighting systems shall not <br />be equipped with a pilot and ohall bo <br />intermittent ignition, or interrupted ignition as defined by ANSI Z21.20 are <br />prohibited. <br />This removes the renewable energy certification <br />documentation since these are usually handled by <br />other processes or departments, and since many of <br />the RECs requirements are removed or amended later <br />in this code amendment package.
