Zoning District Maps dated June 1992 (left) and December 1993 (right) <br />PROPOSAL: <br />The proposal includes a 750-square-foot, single -story addition to the existing 1,075- <br />square-foot house which will be used as a new bedroom. The proposed addition will be <br />approximately 18 x 38 ft. and will be connected to the western side of the home by a <br />hallway, extending south into the backyard and running parallel to the western property <br />line. An existing shed located in the western side yard will be removed to accommodate <br />the addition. The proposed addition will be approximately 16 ft. tall. <br />The addition will encroach approximately 3.9 ft. into the 10-foot western side yard setback, <br />requiring a variance.
