She felt there was insufficient discussion on the management of open space, specifically regarding trail setbacks from riparian areas In her view, the Focus Group consultant said no guidelines would be included for setbacks. Her recommendation is to require a 120-foot setback from riparian and wetland parcels, since it will reduce impact on wildlife and plant life.
