That a 200-foot setback is maintained from US 36, consistent with the setback established <br />on Parcel 'H' of Centennial Valley, and that off-site landscaping is installed in the CDOT <br />right-of-way, consistent with the landscaping established in such area adjacent to Parcel <br />H.
