<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />DECEMBER 14, 2006 <br />Page 3 of 8 <br /> <br />Vasbinder replied they were in final negotiation with two tenants. <br />Lipton inquired what the mix of tenants might be for the building. <br />Vasbinder noted there would be no more than 5 tenants, and possibly very light industrial users. <br />Loo requested a review of the colors planned for the exterior of the building. <br />Vasbinder used the color display board for the discussion. <br />Lipton asked if the 32' height would allow for a single- or two-story building. <br />Vasbinder stated it was planned as a single-story that would allow a mezzanine floor to ceiling of <br />24'. <br /> <br />Sheets inquired about the placement of windows. <br /> <br />Vasbinder used the display to demonstrate the location of windows. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Commission Questions of Staff and Applicant: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments: <br />All the Commissioners that were present expressed support of the project. <br /> <br />Loo, Dalton and McA vinew noted the request for the additional signage and their willingness to <br />support that request. <br /> <br />Dalton moved and Loo seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 32, Series 2006 as <br />presented by Staff with two conditions. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Li pton Y <br />Chris Pritchard Y <br />Susan S.
