Call to Order Chairperson Maryan Jaross called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Board Members Present: Maryan Jaross, Andy Langford, Brett Nickerson, Emma Shubin, Justine Vigil- Tapia, Susan Honstein Board Members Absent: Danyelle Taylor, Paul Beckman Staff Members Present: Kathy Martin, Julie Seydell Approval of Agenda Brett Nickerson moved to approve the agenda, Justine Vigil- Tapia, seconded the motion. The agenda was approved by all members. Approval of Meeting Minutes Brett Nickerson moved to approve the minutes from the May 19, 2011 meeting, Justine Vigil -Tapia seconded the motion. The minutes were approved as written. Public Comments None Discussion Items- Cultural Council Meeting Minutes Thursday, June 16, 2011 Louisville Recreation Center 900 W Via Appia 7:00 PM Summer Concert Series: Series starts next Thursday, June 23, 2011. Andy arrives between 5:00 and 5:30 for set up. Danyelle will make a final check with food vendors (Huckleberry and Glacier Ice Cream) to make sure they are ready. Brett will pick up donation jugs, banner, clipboard with e- newsletter sign up sheets and pens from the office in the Arts Center. Andy will bring W -4 forms and extension cord. Justine will bring cash box. City will provide water for musicians and two tables with chairs to set up for selling T- shirts. Susan and Brett will staff the T -shirt table. All board members should plan to attend and help solicit donations. For cancellation, band is paid for showing up so weather cancellation must be done early.
