Mailed to <br />surrounding property owners on April 22, 2011. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br /> None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McCartney reviewed the request with the following information: <br />A resolution approving a preliminary planned unit development (PUD), a <br /> <br /> <br />preliminary subdivision plat and amended general development plan (GDP) <br />for the North End Subdivision. <br />Project background discussion included the following topics: <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 57, Series 2006 – the adoption of the GDP, final Plat <br /> <br /> <br />and PUD for North End. <br />Details of the GDP: 350 residential units and 66,500 SF of commercial <br /> <br /> <br />area. <br />Details of final Plat: 207 residential units in “Phase 1” which also <br /> <br /> <br />included all publicly dedicated land. <br />GDP was amended in November 2010 to allow the transfer of 21 <br /> <br /> <br />residential units from Phase I to Phase II. <br />North End Phase II – requests: <br /> <br /> <br />Amendments to the existing GDP include: 1) planning areas are <br /> <br /> <br />changed; 2) commercial area reconfigured and 3) roadway alignments <br />are changed (roundabout is omitted) <br />Creation of a Preliminary Plat and PUD for Phase II – the final plan will <br /> <br /> <br />be entitled in four phases. <br />Phase II specifics: <br /> <br /> <br />Complies with the 2009 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Architecture and street design matches Phase I <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
