Whether the demolition permit stays with the property or the owner of the property. <br /> There was Council consensus to continue discussion on this issue. <br /> OTHER ITEMS <br /> Mayor Sisk explained one of the challenges the City faces is funding the Louisville <br /> Museum. He asked whether a portion of the historic preservation tax could be used to <br /> fund and expand the Louisville Museum. <br /> Laurel Tofte, HPC member, asked if the citizens have to vote on the issue. City <br /> Attorney Light stated the ballot issue language would have to be reviewed to see if the <br /> museum would be eligible for historic preservation funds. Mayor Sisk felt confident it <br /> would require a ballot question. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Councilor Dalton moved for adjournment, seconded by Mayor Sisk. <br /> re in favor.
