Approve the Purchase of Three 2007 Ford Crown Victoria <br />Police Cars frc.m Lakewood Fordland, Inc. in the Amount of <br />$66,951 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO addressed the City's <br />purchase of police cars and suggested bicycles be purchased for police use. He <br />commented on snow removal on the bike trails and on sidewalks. He noted the <br />City still does not have search engine for the Web Page. <br /> <br />Frosty Woolridge, 1458 Ford Place, Louisville, CO requested the Council enforce <br />the City's ordinances. He prE~sented slides showing junk, junk vehicles and <br />trailers in side and front yards within the City limits of Louisville. <br /> <br />Pete Clements, 965 W. Alder Street, Louisville, CO requested the Council <br />consider updating the current noise ordinance. He stated last November he <br />completed a comparison of other noise ordinances in various communities and <br />presented the data to Council. He noted Council has yet to update the noise <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Dick Markham, 1315 Franklin Avenue, Louisville, CO was opposed to the City's <br />current trailer ordinance and voiced his support for its repeal. <br /> <br />Randy Jones, 175 S. Tyler Avenue, Louisville, CO stated he owns a boat he <br />keeps covered on his property. He supported repealing the ordinance. <br /> <br />Jeff Scott, 1155 Pine Street, Louisville, CO stated he works from home and uses <br />trailers in his work. He favored the repeal of the trailer ordinance. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Council member Clabots invited everyone to attend the Louisville Senior <br />Foundation Heat Relief Bene!fit Dinner, which will be held Thursday, February 15, <br />from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Louisville Recreation Center. All proceeds will <br />aid Louisville Seniors who need help paying their energy bills. <br />
