City Council Meeting Minutes February 20, 2007 Page 11 of 11 CI1Y MANAGER'S REPORT land Management Director Robson reported on the City Hall remodel. New signage was installed and new furniture will be ordered. The City's audio/visual system will be updated and construction on the awards case will begin soon. Interim City Manager Balser reported at the Town of Superior Board of Trustees meeting the louisville/Superior Library Agreement was discussed. The 2007 budget amount remains $75,000 and the 2008 budget amount remains $105,000. All references to recreation were removed. Balser announced the agenda items for the February 26, 2007 Study Session will include an update by Prothman Group on the City Manager Executive Search process and a recap of snow removal procedures. She reminded Council of the 96l Transit Service meeting on February 21,2007, which will be held at the Louisville library from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Council member Clabots reported the louisville Senior Advisory Board would like to meet with the Council sometime in April. Mayor Sisk proposed the 20018 budget process include a half-day session and discussion on City projects. He also suggested discussions include how the current staffing (from top to bottom) can be more efficient. Council member Sackett commented on the winter storms and its effect on the City's streets. He noted the asphalt patches on pot holes are merely band aids. He suggested an assessment be made by the Public Works Department. Interim City Manager Balser stated information will be gathered and be presented to Council at a study session. ADJOURN Council member Sackett moved for adjournment, seconded by Council member Clabots. The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
