<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 20, 2007 <br />Page 11 of 11 <br /> <br />CI1Y MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />land Management Director Robson reported on the City Hall remodel. New <br />signage was installed and new furniture will be ordered. The City's audio/visual <br />system will be updated and construction on the awards case will begin soon. <br /> <br />Interim City Manager Balser reported at the Town of Superior Board of Trustees <br />meeting the louisville/Superior Library Agreement was discussed. The 2007 <br />budget amount remains $75,000 and the 2008 budget amount remains <br />$105,000. All references to recreation were removed. <br /> <br />Balser announced the agenda items for the February 26, 2007 Study Session will <br />include an update by Prothman Group on the City Manager Executive Search <br />process and a recap of snow removal procedures. She reminded Council of the <br />96l Transit Service meeting on February 21,2007, which will be held at the <br />Louisville library from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Council member Clabots reported the louisville Senior Advisory Board would like <br />to meet with the Council sometime in April. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk proposed the 20018 budget process include a half-day session and <br />discussion on City projects. He also suggested discussions include how the <br />current staffing (from top to bottom) can be more efficient. <br /> <br />Council member Sackett commented on the winter storms and its effect on the <br />City's streets. He noted the asphalt patches on pot holes are merely band aids. <br />He suggested an assessment be made by the Public Works Department. Interim <br />City Manager Balser stated information will be gathered and be presented to <br />Council at a study session. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Council member Sackett moved for adjournment, seconded by Council member <br />Clabots.
