Approve 2007 Historic Preservation Commission & Louisville <br />Cultural Council Appointments - Clarification/Correction <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Rob Lathrop, 601 Johnson Street, Louisville, CO commented on the recent <br />closure of the dog park due to wet and muddy conditions. He thought it was a <br />good idea to periodically close the dog park for such conditions. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMA TION~~L COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br />THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Council member Clabots thanked all the volunteers who helped make the Heat <br />Relief Dinner/Silent Auction a success. $21,150 was raised and all the proceeds <br />will go to assist Louisville senior citizens who need help paying their heating bills. <br /> <br />Council member Sackett, spE~aking on behalf on his son John Sackett, who is the <br />CEO of Avista Hospital, thanked the City crews for keeping the roads to Avista <br />Hospital open so emergency vehicles and the public could get through. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk reported on the necent trip to Washington, D.C., where he and Interim <br />City Manager Balser met with state legislators on funding for highway projects. <br />
