Local Licensing Authority Minutes March 28, 2011 Page 4 of 6 • Rommelfanger moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, all City and State law requirements have been met and, based on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a Tavern liquor license for LuLu's BBQ, LLC d/b/a LuLu's BBQ. Machado seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton — yes, Wilson — yes, Rommelfanger— yes, and Machado — yes. New license approved. E. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — New Retail Liquor Store License Application — In Season, LLC d/b/a In Season Local Market — 924 Main Street Wilson moved the Authority set the boundaries of the neighborhood as the boundaries of the City of Louisville and set the Public Hearing for the next meeting of the Local Licensing Authority, Monday, April 25, 2011 at 7:00 PM. Secretary Hanson stated the dates this year were May 1 until November 1. Sergeant Lanphere expressed concern over the extension of the time and the confusion caused by the permanent tables on the sidewalks and the temporary ones in streets. He stated there was some wandering across the sidewalk area and concern by owners about service. Rommelfanger moved the Authority approve the modification of premises for all the temporary patios with the condition the Authority Attorney's office review the licensing agreements to see if any amendments needed to be made concerning liabilities issues • concerning the sidewalk areas.
