Local Licensing Authority <br /> Minutes <br /> March 28, 2011 <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br /> • Rommelfanger moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the <br /> applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the <br /> license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the <br /> neighborhood, all City and State law requirements have been met and, based on these <br /> findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a Tavern liquor license for <br /> LuLu's BBQ, LLC d/b/a LuLu's BBQ. Machado seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton — yes, <br /> Wilson — yes, Rommelfanger— yes, and Machado — yes. New license approved. <br /> E. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing — New Retail <br /> Liquor Store License Application — In Season, LLC d/b/a In Season Local <br /> Market — 924 Main Street <br /> Wilson moved the Authority set the boundaries of the neighborhood as the boundaries <br /> of the City of Louisville and set the Public Hearing for the next meeting of the Local <br /> Licensing Authority, Monday, April 25, 2011 at 7:00 PM. Lipton seconded. Roll Call <br /> Vote: Machado — yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Lipton — yes and Wilson — yes. <br /> Consent Agenda Items moved to Authority Business: <br /> E. Modification of Premises —The Alley Cat Bar and Grill, Inc. d/b/a <br /> The Alley Cat Bar and Grill — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - <br /> 817 Main St. <br /> • F. Modification of Premises -Waterloo Icehouse, Inc. d/b/a Waterloo <br /> Icehouse — Tavern Liquor License — 809 Main St. <br /> G. Modification of Premises — Eat Drink, LLC d/b/a The Empire <br /> Restaurant and Lounge — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — <br /> 816 Main St. <br /> H. Modification of Premises - Cane Nero, LLC d/b/a Zucca Ristorante <br /> Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 808 Main St. <br /> I. Modification of Premises — BCT, LLC d/b/a BOB's Sandwich Shop — <br /> Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 820 Main St. Suite 100 <br /> Rommelfanger asked the dates of the temporary patios this year. Secretary Hanson <br /> stated the dates this year were May 1 until November 1. Sergeant Lanphere expressed <br /> concern over the extension of the time and the confusion caused by the permanent <br /> tables on the sidewalks and the temporary ones in streets. He stated there was some <br /> wandering across the sidewalk area and concern by owners about service. <br /> Rommelfanger moved the Authority approve the modification of premises for all the <br /> temporary patios with the condition the Authority Attorney's office review the licensing <br /> agreements to see if any amendments needed to be made concerning liabilities issues <br /> • concerning the sidewalk areas.
