Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Gunning — yes, <br /> Carlson- yes, Rommelfanger— yes, Lipton — yes and Wilson — yes. <br /> C. Modification of Premises and Change of Manager— Main Street Drink and <br /> Dine, LLC d/b/a Cactus Wheel — 701 Main Street <br /> This modification is necessary for LuLu's BBQ to take possession of the area where <br /> they will operate in the same building. The change of manager is an administrative <br /> piece they needed to take care of and decided to do at the same time. The police <br /> department was asked for their concerns and Sergeant Lanphere replied he was <br /> staying in contact with the establishment ownership regarding any noise issues on the <br /> patio. <br /> Rommelfanger moved the Authority approve the modification and change of manager <br /> for the Cactus Wheel. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Gunning — yes, Carlson- yes, <br /> Rommelfanger— yes, Lipton — yes and Wilson — yes. <br /> • Police Department Reports <br /> A. Incident Report — Brass Monkey — 4/14/11 <br /> Police were dispatched to the establishment on report of harassment. Authority <br /> members commented this was an unfortunate incident but required no further action <br /> from the Authority. <br /> Secretary's Report <br /> No report. <br /> Authority Attorney's Report <br /> No report. <br /> Authority Comment <br /> Carlson gave a legislative update. He reported House Bill 1284 more commonly known <br /> as the grocery store bill was killed and the convenience store companion bill, Senate Bill <br /> 194 was also killed. Senate Bill 60 which would allow Hotel and Restaurant licenses to <br /> sell 3.2% beer is still to be determined. <br /> • Rommelfanger asked about whether the Alley Cat had filed a modification of premises. <br /> Hanson replied the owner had talked to her, but had not filed the paperwork to date. <br />
