COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Council member Keany reminded Council ofthe events scheduled for Tuesday, February 22. The Callahan Trail Grand Opening is scheduled at 4:00 p.m. and the City Council joint meeting and dinner with Youth Advisory Board will be between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. City Manager Simmons outlined the Agenda Items for the Tuesday, February 22, City Council Study Session: 6:00-7:00 p.m. 7:00-7:45 p.m. 7:45-8:00 p.m. 8:00-8:15 p.m. Dinner with the Youth Advisory Board Discussion - Cable Franchise Renewal/Public Involvement Discussion - Louisville Housing Authority Discussion - Proposal for Development of Technology as Required by Ballot Initiative 200 Council member Brown reported on his conservation with Josie Health, of the Community Foundation, relative to open space, arts, and recreation center foundations. She would agree to administer those foundations. He suggested Council consider those possibilities in future budgets. Mayor Sisk reported on his recent trip to Washington D.C., with the delegation on behalf of US 36 Highway Committee. He noted the group was very well received. Council member Marsella reminded Council the Affordable Housing Summit is February 25. She circulated registration brochures to members of Council.
