Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 16, 2OOO <br />Page 3. <br /> <br />Mayor Davidson presented the Proclamation in Recognition of the DECA 1st Place State <br />Leadership Award to Brian Guffey. <br /> <br />Brian Gurley recognized and thanked the participants in the conference, the Mayor and <br />Council. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - APPLICATION FOR PERMIT OF A LIVE MUSICAL <br /> PERFORMANCE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Merdyth Muth, City Facilitator reviewed the application to permit a live musical <br />performance in a residential area. Muth noted that the permit is for June 3, 2000, from <br />1:00 - 4:00 p.m., at 115 West Sycamore Lane, and that the event is a private family <br />occasion. Muth stated that Chapter 9.40 of the Louisville Municipal Code requires an <br />application for permit and a public hearing to consider the application. All neighbors <br />within a 200-foot radius of the performance site have been notified of the public hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak <br />in favor or against the permit of a live musical performance in a residential area. Hearing <br />none, Davidson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve the Application for Permit of a Live <br />Musical Performance in a Residential Area, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 SERIES 2000 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT U.S. 36 CORRIDOR <br />COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AMONG THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, THE TOWN OF SUPERIOR, THE CITY OF BOULDER AND <br />THE COUNTY OF BOULDER, COLORADO - Public Hearing (advertised Daily <br />Camera May 1st, 6th, 13th, 2000 - Louisville Times May 10, 2000) <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff Presentation. <br /> <br />Heather Balser, Assistant to the City Administrator stated that Resolution No. 33, Series <br />2000 proposed an Intergovernmental Agreement entitled "The US 36 Corridor <br />Comprehensive Development Plan Among the City of Louisville, the City of Boulder, the <br />Town of Superior and the County of Boulder." <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
