Staff is attaching a copy of the RFP for your <br />review. <br />There is a non-mandatory site visit of the Austin-Niehoff house on Tuesday, <br />January10, 2012 and proposals are due to the Planning Department by Friday, <br />January 20, 2012. <br />Once staff has received the proposals a review team will be created to short list <br />the stack to the top 3. Interviews will follow shortly and a final candidate will be <br />chosen. <br />Staff is requesting the HPC to designate one volunteer for the review committee. <br /> <br />
