Citizens of the <br />Sdendfic & Cultural U <br />Facilities District <br />Makino It Poeeible. <br />Eligibility <br />Directions for Completing the 2012 Tier III PDF Grant Application <br />Submitting an application does not guarantee funding for the organization. Each year's <br />application is reviewed independent of prior funding. <br />Before beginning the application, confirm that your organization is eligible to receive SCFD funding. <br />Organizations that have never received SCFD funding need to submit an eligibility application (available at <br />http: / / scfd.org/ ?page =apply &sub =1). Organizations that have not received funding in the past three years need <br />to call the SCFD offices regarding eligibility status. Eligibility applications are accepted June 1- September 30 of <br />each year. Call SCFD at 303 - 860 -0588 ext 112 if you have questions. Eligibility does not guarantee funding. <br />Final Grant Report <br />A narrative final report is to be completed for all SCFD funds received in the previous granting period. If your <br />organization has any delinquent final reports from past funding, you will not be able to apply for funding in <br />2012. This report will cover activities taking place between October of the granting year and December of the <br />following year. (See chart below.) Additionally, if all activities /programs are completed before the due date, <br />please feel free to submit the final report earlier. Please use the GO'' Final Grant Report form, which you can <br />access from our website http: / /scfd.culturegrants.org or by contacting Sheila Mieger (sheila @scfd.org). <br />Distribution Date <br />Activity Period <br />Report Due Date <br />October 2010 <br />October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011 <br />February 15, 2012 <br />October 2011 <br />October 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012 <br />February 15, 2013 <br />Applying for Funds <br />• Please read through these directions in their entirety before beginning your application. <br />• Applicants should familiarize themselves with specific county funding guidelines /requirements. <br />• You must complete and submit a separate PDF application for each county in which you apply. <br />• County guidelines can be found at http: / / scfd.org/ ?page= tierlll &sub =1. (Click this link or copy it and <br />paste into your browser.
