Completing the 2012 PDF Application Form <br />• In order to properly view, save, and electronically submit the PDF application you must have Adobe <br />Reader 8.1 or higher. Download software at http: / /www.adobe.com/ products /acrobat /readstep2.html. <br />• Remember it is your responsibility to ensure you receive or download the application in a timely <br />manner. [contact: sheila@scfd.org]. <br />• You will not be able to type entries into the gray boxes which auto - populate from data you provide <br />elsewhere on the form. <br />The organization's Executive Director and /or Board Chair must review the application prior to submitting. <br />All organizations must print, clip and collate the stated number of paper copies for funding in each county <br />with ALL ATTACHMENTS and mail or deliver as instructed, AND additionally, must submit an electronic <br />application for each county complete with ALL ATTACHMENTS via email to the SCFD at <br />grantapplications @scfd.org by that county's deadline (See last page of the application.) If a completed <br />application is not received via email to the SCFD office and in paper to the county, the application will not be <br />accepted.
