Refer to county guidelines for what type and how many grants your organization is eligible to apply for in <br />any specific county. <br />• The "Title of Project" and "Requested Amount" data entered in #1 County Grant Summary Table <br />will auto - populate to subsequent cells on the Project Request Detail sections (Questions 31.2a- <br />31.3d). <br />• You will not be able to enter information into #1 "Budgeted Cash Expense" or "% of Budgeted <br />Expense." Instead, the box will auto - populate from the total expenses at 31.2d Project Budget <br />■ Remember in #1 the form will auto - calculate the correct "% of Budgeted Expense" of Projects for <br />you once you have finished completing project budget information later in the application. <br />• The "County Request Percentage" box will auto - populate correctly after completion of the financial <br />overview pages. <br />Question #2 — Financial Summary Table <br />This section will auto - populate after <br />completion of the financial overview <br />pages. List <br />the total SCFD funds requested by county. (TIP: The <br />"Total County Request" auto - populated in Question #1 <br />should match the "Total Amount Requested" column in <br />Question #3 for the county in which you are applying). <br />Counties are interested in knowing how an organization's total request for SCFD funds compares to its annual <br />expenses. The "Percent of the total request from all counties" field will auto - populate correctly after <br />completing the financial overview pages. <br />Question #4 — Past SCFD Funding Table <br />To complete this section list all funds received, including discretionary funds, in the past two grant cycles. Click <br />the "Add Row" or "Delete Row" buttons to customize your past grant funding responses. (TIP: To verify this <br />information click the blue link to the Tier 111 section of SCFD's website on the application to obtain each year's <br />report. These reports will be posted by mid January). Summarize by providing a total of all monies received <br />from each county under "Amount Awarded" column. <br />4.
