City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> April 17, 2012 <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF <br /> FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Council member Keany apologized to Mr. Sobel, the Mayor, the Council and members <br /> of the public for his earlier remarks. <br /> Council member Loo noted the trees for the Arbor Day Celebration were donated by the <br /> Colorado Tree Coalition and the Xcel Energy Foundation. She invited everyone to a <br /> program sponsored by the Louisville Horticulture and Forestry Board. The program is <br /> entitled "Hot Pots and Cool Containers" and will be facilitated by gardening enthusiast <br /> and columnist Carol O'Meara. There will be free seed packets and a raffle on container <br /> gardens supplied by the Louisville Home Depot. The event will be held on Thursday, <br /> April 26 at the Louisville Public Library 1st Floor Meeting Room. <br /> Council member Keany reported the Chamber will sponsor a Business after Hours <br /> event at the Melting Pot in Louisville, on Thursday, April 26th. There is no charge, but <br /> RSVP's are required. <br /> Council member Jasiak reported the Family Fishing Frenzy will be held on April 20th at <br /> the Warembourg Fishing Pond from 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> Council member Keany reported the Golf Course Advisory Board met last evening. The <br /> Board members are busy working on a strategic plan for the golf course. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilor Sackett.
