BACKGROUND: <br />The Louisville City Council, through Ordinance No. 1595, Series 2011 and Resolution <br />No. 33, Series 2011 adopted a General Development Plan (GDP) amendment, <br />Preliminary Subdivision Plat, and Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for <br />North End Phase II. <br />On January 3, 2012, City Council adopted Resolution No. 3, Series 2012 which <br />approved a Final Plat for Phases IA and 2 of the North End Phase IIand a Final <br />Planned Unit Development(PUD) for Phases 1A, 2, 3, and 4 within North End Phase II. <br />Phase 4 <br />Phase 3 <br />Phase 2 <br />Phase 1A <br />2 <br />
