Special Event Permit Application –Downtown Business Association – Street Faire –June 14, 22, 25, July 6, 13, 20, 27, August 3, 10, 17 1 Wilsoncalled for any changes to the consent agenda. Carlsonmoved the consent agenda be approved. Rommelfangerseconded. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business . AModification of Premises -Lucky Pie LLC d/b/a Lucky Pie Pizza – Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –637 Front St. This establishment wants to expand the premises for more outside dining. Authority members clarified the space was in front of the existing patio. Sergeant Lanphere reported the entrance on the Pine Street side was permanently closed to accommodate the new four way stop. This allows the modification of the outdoor seating. Carlson moved to approve the modification of premises for Lucky Pie Pizza. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. Police Department Reports A.Incident Report –Ralphie’s –3/31/12 Policeweredispatched to meet with a customer who reported a shoving match occurring earlier in the establishment.No one at the bar had seen the alleged incident and the reporting party did not wish to press charges.Authority members concurred no further action was needed. B.Incident Report –Ralphie’s –4/7/12 Police were dispatched on report of a customer who was refusing to leave the establishment. The decision by Authority members was the establishment did the right thing by asking the patron to leave and calling the police when she refused. No further action by the Authority. C.Incident Report –Louisville Rex –4/17/12
