LIQUOR AUTHORITY MEMO LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY TO: CAROL HANSON FROM: AUTHORITY SECRETARY May 21, 2012 DATE: Renewal Application –Carrabba’s Italian Grill -Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License - SUBJECT: 575 McCaslin Blvd. Authority Secretary ORIGINATING DEPARTMENT: SUMMARY: The licensee, Carrabba’s Italian Grill Inc.; Carrabba’s/Colorado-I Limited Partnership d/b/a Carrabba’s Italian Grill, has submitted an application for renewal of its Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License located at 575 McCaslin Blvd. There were noemployeeswho attended liquor training in the past year. Certificate of Good Standing is current and on file. There was oneincidentover the past year that required the filing of a police report. The Authority took no further action. City of Louisville sales tax account is current. RECOMMENDATION: Authority approve the renewal application for a Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License for Carrabba’s Italian Grill Inc.; Carrabba’s/Colorado-I Limited Partnership d/b/a Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on the renewal application, which may be held after proper notice.
