Sec. J04(b) 107.2 Permit Fees. The fee for each permit shall be as set forth in Table No. 3-A I-A. Only one permit will be required for work to be done either on the initial construction or subsequent al terations. The permit fee shall be computed using Table No. 3-A I-A of the Uniform Building Code except that the fee computed using Table No. 3-A I-A shall be increased in an amount determined by multiplying the computed fee by the following multipliers: 1. Alterations involving more than three disciplines. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1.4 The determination of value or valuation under any of the provisions of this code shall be made by the building official. The value to be used in computing the building permit and building plan review fees shall be the total actual value of all construction work for which the permit is issued, as well as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire extinguishing systems and any other permanent equipment. THE BUILDING PERMIT FEES SET FORTH IN TABLE NO. I-A BELOW MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
