<br />L. Rear yard setback. The rear yard setback shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />1. The minimum rear yard setback for principal <br />uses shall be twenty five (25) feet. <br /> <br />2. The minimum rear yard setback from a rear lot <br />line for accessory uses shall be three (3) feet except <br />that there shall be no minimum rear yard setback from a <br />rear lot line which is a common boundary line with a <br />platted alley, provided, however, that garages with <br />vehicle entrances facing an alley shall have a minimum <br />rear yard setback of twenty (20) feet from the right-of- <br />way line of the alley which is opposite the rear lot line <br />forming the common boundary with the alley. <br /> <br />Section 4. Subsection E of Section 17.16.030 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows <br />(words to be deleted are stricken through; words to be added are <br />capitalized) : <br /> <br />17.16.030 <br /> <br />Accessory uses. <br /> <br />E. Accessory structures and uses shall comply with <br />the yard and bulk regulations applicable in the district <br />in which they are located as set forth under 8ection <br />17.12.040 CHAPTER 17.12 AND CHAPTER 17.13. <br /> <br />Section 5. Subsection B of Section 17.28.020 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows <br />(words to be deleted are stricken through, words to be added are <br />capitalized) : <br /> <br />17.28.020 <br /> <br />Scope. <br /> <br />B. The yard and bulk requirements stated in <br />8ection 17.12.040 CHAPTER 17.12 and Chapter 17.13 shall <br />apply to applications under this chapter, except for <br />those requirements specifically waived in the planned <br />unit development plan approved hereunder. <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 17.36.060 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection C to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />17.36.060 <br /> <br />Destruction of a nonconforming use. <br /> <br />C. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, <br />if an existing residential dwelling or accessory building <br />located in the Old Town Overlay District that is <br />nonconforming as to setback requirements only is <br />destroyed or damaged by fire, flood, wind, explosion, act <br /> <br />6 <br />
