<br />of God or in any other manner to an extent that the cost <br />to repair would exceed fifty percent of the replacement <br />value at the time of the destruction or damage, it may be <br />restored or rebuilt in the same location and dimension <br />relative to such setbacks as they existed prior to such <br />destruction or damage, provided it is not located within <br />a vision clearance area or in conflict with floodplain <br />regulations, and further provided that restoration or <br />rebuilding is started within twelve months of such <br />calamity and completed within twenty-four months of <br />initiating restoration or rebuilding. <br /> <br />Section 7. Section 17.72.190 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are <br />stricken through; words to be added are capitalized): <br /> <br />17.72.190 <br /> <br />Yard and bulk requirements. <br /> <br />Yard and bulk requirements under a planned community <br />zoned district shall be specified on the general <br />development plan filed for the different areas of the <br />district. Said yard and bulk requirements shall be in <br />general conformance with the yard and bulk requirements <br />set forth in 3ection 17.12.040 CHAPTER 17.12 of this <br />code. Yard and bulk requirements set forth in the <br />general development plan shall be in general conformance <br />with the zones as set forth below: <br /> <br />Agricultural use - A zone <br />Industrial zone - I zone <br />Commercial and Office use - C-N, C-B, C-C, 0 zones <br />Residential use - R-E, R-L, R-M, R-H, SF zones. <br /> <br />Section 8.
