<br />e. Ingress and egress. Hard surface all- <br />weather ingress and egress, as approved <br />by the public works department, shall be <br />provided. <br /> <br />3. Real Estate Sales Office. <br /> <br />a. Definition. A facility temporarily used <br />as a real estate sales office incidental <br />to new housing developments. <br /> <br />b. Districts permitted. Residential zone <br />districts by temporary use permit. <br /> <br />c. Time restriction. Until all lots are <br />sold or one (1) year whichever is less, <br />subject to renewal for up to three (3) <br />six month extensions as long as a minimum <br />of three lots within the subdivision <br />remain unsold. <br /> <br />d. Required off-street parking. Parking <br />spaces having a durable and dustless <br />surface maintained for all-weather use <br />shall be provided and may be satisfied by <br />using existing parking spaces for other <br />uses located within five hundred (500) <br />feet of the office. The operator has the <br />burden of demonstrating that the parking <br />needs of the use are adequately <br />accommodated. <br /> <br />e. Ingress and egress.
