Time restriction. Not to exceed thirty <br />(30) days, or not to exceed one (1) year <br />if approved through the public hearing <br />approval process. <br /> <br />d. Required off-street parking. Parking <br />spaces having a durable and dustless <br />surface maintained for all-weather use <br />shall be provided and may be satisfied by <br />using existing parking spaces for other <br />uses located within five hundred (500) <br />feet of the office. The operator has the <br />burden of demonstrating that the parking <br />needs of the use are adequately <br />accommodated. <br /> <br />e. Ingress and egress.
