<br />1. Upon expiration of the temporary use permit, <br />the site shall be cleaned and cleared of all <br />trash, rubbish, waste, temporary structures <br />and signs, all evidence of its use shall be <br />removed, and the site shall be left in a <br />condition that minimizes adverse impacts to <br />the site itself and to surrounding properties. <br /> <br />2. Any use that serves food shall provide <br />adequate trash containers and all trash, <br />rubbish and waste shall be completely <br />contained on the site and removed daily. <br /> <br />3. Artificial lighting shall not be deflected so <br />as to shine or create glare onto adjacent <br />property or pubic streets. <br /> <br />4. Signs. In addition to compliance with the <br />sign provisions of Chapter 17.24 of this <br />title, the following requirements shall apply <br />to temporary uses: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Temporary uses shall <br />freestanding, wall, <br />board, construction, <br />street frontage; <br /> <br />be limited to one <br />banner, sandwich <br />or window sign per <br /> <br />b. Total sign area shall not exceed sixty- <br />four (64) square feet per temporary use; <br /> <br />c. Signs shall not be located off-site or in <br />public right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 2. Chapter 17.60 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 17.60 <br /> <br />TEMPORARY USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />17.60.010 General provisions. <br />17.60.020 Application requirements for temporary use <br />permit. <br />17.60.030 Administrative temporary use permit process. <br />17.60.040 Public hearing approval process. <br /> <br />17.60.010 General provisions. <br /> <br />5 <br />
