The City of Louisville litigation, <br />and with respect to the T and T Bennett, L.L.C., v. The City of Louisville litigation, <br />Council direct the City Attorney to hire a defense counsel, if necessary, and discuss <br />potential settlement with the plaintiff, seconded by Brown. All in favor. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> <br />Simmons reported on the success of the "Night at the Recreation Center" program and <br />credited the Recreation Staff for their enthusiasm and marketing program. He stated the <br />Recreation Staff might consider extending the youth program <br /> <br />He reported the City Staff will meet with the Boulder Valley School District Staff to <br />finalize the agreement on the installation of the artificial surface at Monarch High School. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />sk moved for adjournment (9:50 p.m.), seconded by Brown.
