Hand,LLC d/b/a Ralphie’s Sports Tavern for the event on August 4, 2012. <br />Rommelfangerseconded. Roll Call Vote –Lipton-yes,Wilson-yes, <br />Gunning –yes, Carlson –yes and Rommelfanger –yes. <br /> D. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing –New <br /> Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –Bittersweet Café and <br /> Confections –836 Main Street <br />Lipton moved the boundaries of the neighborhood for Bittersweet Café and <br />Confections, a new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License be set as the city <br />limits of the City of Louisville and the public hearing be set for August 27, <br />2012 at 7:00 p.m. Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A.Incident Report –7/8/12 –Ralphie’s <br />This incident involved officers responding to a reported fight in the parking lot <br />area of the establishment. A bar tab, for the individuals involved, was <br />provided for the Authority. Authority members discussed the amount of <br />alcohol consumed according to the tab and if there wasestablishment <br />responsibility. The conclusion was there was no further action to be taken by <br />the Authority. <br />B.Incident Report –7/7/12 –Waterloo <br />An officer was called to check on an apparentlyintoxicated person in the <br />downtown area. The person reported having had drinksat Waterloo. <br />Sergeant Lanphere stated the follow up with the establishment revealed no <br />evidence of substantial drinking. He noted this was also a Street Faire night <br />and the person in question could have been drinking there as well. There <br />were just too many unknowns in this situation. The Authority members <br />concluded no further action was necessary. <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Hanson reminded Authority members of the study session with City Council on <br />August 14 in the library conference room. Chairperson Wilson stated there was <br />a possibility she would be unable to attend. Vice-Chairperson Rommelfanger <br />reported he would attend. <br /> <br />
