Roll Call Vote –Lipton-yes,Wilson-yes, Gunning –yes, Carlson –yes and Rommelfanger –yes. D. Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public Hearing –New Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –Bittersweet Café and Confections –836 Main Street Lipton moved the boundaries of the neighborhood for Bittersweet Café and Confections, a new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License be set as the city limits of the City of Louisville and the public hearing be set for August 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Carlson seconded. All in favor. Police Department Reports A.Incident Report –7/8/12 –Ralphie’s This incident involved officers responding to a reported fight in the parking lot area of the establishment. A bar tab, for the individuals involved, was provided for the Authority. Authority members discussed the amount of alcohol consumed according to the tab and if there wasestablishment responsibility. The conclusion was there was no further action to be taken by the Authority. B.Incident Report –7/7/12 –Waterloo An officer was called to check on an apparentlyintoxicated person in the downtown area. The person reported having had drinksat Waterloo. Sergeant Lanphere stated the follow up with the establishment revealed no evidence of substantial drinking. He noted this was also a Street Faire night and the person in question could have been drinking there as well. There were just too many unknowns in this situation. The Authority members concluded no further action was necessary. Secretary’s Report Hanson reminded Authority members of the study session with City Council on August 14 in the library conference room. Chairperson Wilson stated there was a possibility she would be unable to attend. Vice-Chairperson Rommelfanger reported he would attend.
