Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />July 23, 2012 <br />Page 4of 4 <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br />Authority Attorney Culley had no report. <br />Authority Comment <br />Rommelfanger reported La Buena Vida was now serving alcohol on the patio, <br />according to the modification of premises the Authority granted, and seemed to <br />be going well. Sergeant Lanphere stated they were handling the business well. <br />Rommelfanger reported the American Legion had not started using the patio <br />area approved by a modification of premises. <br />Adjourn–Carlson moved to adjourn. Rommelfanger seconded.
