• <br />• <br />Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board Meeting <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Monday, July 23November 19, 2001 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Attendance: Matt Jones, Pat Hornbostel, BobMuckle, Heidi Ochis, Susan Remington, Wayne <br />Varra, Bill VanOrman <br />Also in attendance: Keith Williams, City Staff <br />Matt Jones called the meeting to order. <br />September minutes were passed with a correction on the cost of the cultural survey, which should be <br />$3000 vs. $2000. All in favor. <br />Recommendations made during the November 19th meeting <br />1. LOSCAB would like to see the inventory, done by ESCO to include current condition of <br />properties and their restoration potential. It was noted that Council would like to have a fmal <br />plan by May. <br />2. LOSCAB would like to get a prioritization of weed problems in Louisville from Bill <br />Jennings. <br />3. LOSCAB will provide Dave Buckner (ESCO) with aerial photographs of designated open <br />space parcels. <br />Matters from Staff /Board not on agenda <br />Patt Hornbostel would like to see a portion of the Skriffny property evaluated for historic designation <br />where the historic seep exists. 3 acres of the property is currently being considered as a swap with <br />Avisita by the County. <br />Keith Williams said he would ask Ken Johnston to talk to the Board about it. <br />Keith Williams gave a recap of the cultural inventory. He handed out an outline provided to Mr. <br />Twity (the person to map the inventory) that identifies the tasks to be completed (EricTwity.pdf). <br />Keith Williams noted that the seeding had been done by the Fishing is Fun path. He stated that the <br />informational sign had been in the works for months (as far as verbiage goes) but the text can be <br />changed next year if the Board would like. <br />
