Louisville City Council Meeting <br />April 3, 2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for changes to the Consent Agenda. Hearing none, Davidson moved that <br />the agenda be approved, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />Approval of Bills <br />Approval of Minutes (03/20/01) <br />Approval of Louisville Recycling & Composting Advisory Board Waste <br />Reduction Assessment Plan <br />Approval of Ponderosa Subdivision Improvements <br />Award Bid - Water Main Materials <br />Resolution No. 21, Series 2001 - Final PUD Development Plan, Lots 3 <br />and 4, Block 6, Business Center at CTC, Replat C, Kiosk Information <br />Systems. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayer stated that he received an email from Doug Grinbergs regarding Boulder County's <br />concern with the aviation noise in the area. He voiced his agreement with the letter <br />Boulder County sent to the FAA. He asked that the issue be brought before the City <br />Council as an Agenda Item and suggested that Council send a similar letter. <br /> <br />Mayer noted that Council adopted the first PUD on the consent agenda and he thanked <br />Mayor Davidson for the suggestion because it reduces the length of the Council meetings. <br /> <br />Brown stated that he had a discussion with a Lafayette Council member who suggested <br />that there could be a coordinated effort in planning the area to the north of Louisville. <br /> <br />City Administrator Simmons stated that the City's Staff has met with Lafayette's Staff <br />and there will be continued discussions about joint planning of the area. <br /> <br />Keany stated that he attended a DRCOG award banquet and a Louisville Police Officer, <br />Commander Tom Bock, received an award. He asked that Commander Bock be invited <br />to a future Council meeting to be recognized for his contributions. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
