All were in favor. . <br /> MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the <br /> purpose of consideration of potential real property disposition — parcels of real property <br /> in Louisville and the executive session include City Manager Fleming, Deputy City <br /> Manager Balser, City Attorney Light, Economic Development Director DeJong and <br /> Parks and Recreation Director Stevens. Mayor Pro Tem Dalton seconded the motion. <br /> All were in favor. The City Council went into executive session at 8:54 p.m. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br /> Mayor Muckle called the November 5, 2012 City Council meeting back to order at 9:52 <br /> p.m. and requested the City Attorney report on the executive session. <br /> REPORT— DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS <br /> AND DISPOSITION <br /> City Attorney Light reported in the executive session the City Council discussed two <br /> items: 1) Real Property Acquisitions and 2) Real Property Dispositions. The City <br /> Council gave staff direction on strategies for a property acquisition and dispositions. <br /> City Attorney Light noted any potential contracts would be approved by City Council at a <br /> regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> City Attorney Light thanked the City Council for their consideration on increasing the <br /> fees for City Attorney Services. This item was on the consent agenda. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF <br /> FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br /> No comments or reports. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Council member Keany moved for adjournment, seconded by Council <br /> y ltr� t. ,00.
