Mayor Pro Tern Dalton seconded the motion. All were in favor. . MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the purpose of consideration of potential real property disposition — parcels of real property in Louisville and the executive session include City Manager Fleming, Deputy City Manager Balser, City Attorney Light, Economic Development Director DeJong and Parks and Recreation Director Stevens. Mayor Pro Tem Dalton seconded the motion. All were in favor. The City Council went into executive session at 8:54 p.m. REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED Mayor Muckle called the November 5, 2012 City Council meeting back to order at 9:52 p.m. and requested the City Attorney report on the executive session. REPORT— DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITION City Attorney Light reported in the executive session the City Council discussed two items: 1) Real Property Acquisitions and 2) Real Property Dispositions. The City Council gave staff direction on strategies for a property acquisition and dispositions. City Attorney Light noted any potential contracts would be approved by City Council at a regularly scheduled meeting. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT City Attorney Light thanked the City Council for their consideration on increasing the fees for City Attorney Services. This item was on the consent agenda. COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS No comments or reports. ADJOURN MOTION: Council member Keany moved for adjournment, seconded by Council y ltr� t. ,00.
