All were in favor. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION — REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS <br /> (Louisville Charter, Section 5-2(c) —Authorized Topics — Consideration of real property <br /> acquisitions and dispositions, on as to appraisals and other value estimates and <br /> strategy, and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a)) <br /> REGULAR BUSINES ITEMS SUSPENDED <br /> City Manager Fleming requested the City Council convene an executive session for the <br /> purpose of: 1) Consideration of potential real property acquisitions and 2) potential real <br /> property disposition — parcels of real property in Louisville. <br /> City Clerk Varra read Section 2.90.050 — Public statement from the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code, which governs what topics can be discussed in an executive session. <br /> City Attorney Light stated the authority to conduct an executive session as follows: <br /> (Louisville Charter, Section 5-2(c) —Authorized Topics— Consideration of real property <br /> acquisitions and dispositions, on as to appraisals and other value estimates and <br /> strategy, and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a)). Executive sessions are also allowed under the <br /> open meeting law.
