<br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION <br />STANDARDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of louisville for the City Council to <br />adopt the updated standards relative to design and construction for certain improvements <br />within the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, members of the City Staff have prepared said updated Design and <br />Construction Standards as they relate to construction of improvements within the City of <br />Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has reviewed the Design and <br />Construction Standards and found them to be in the best interest of the City of Louisville <br />and its citizens. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1.
